Equitrac is the market leading secure printing and cost recovery solution. Initially designed for use with Ricoh digital MFDs, Equitrac now supports Canon, Ricoh, Konica Minolta, Xerox, HP, Kyocera, Sharp, Lexmark, Samsung, and Dell Multi-functionals.
Equitrac is available in three versions:
Equitrac Office – For standard office use
Equitrac Express – For the education sector
Equitrac Professional – For the legal/professional services sector
With Equitrac, all copies, prints, and scans in the organisation can be accounted for and if required billed to an individual, department, or client. In addition to job accounting Equitrac is able to provide secured printing whereby print jobs are stored on the server and can be release on designated MFDs throughout the organisation. Equitrac call this Follow-You Printing.
Print jobs can also be routed via Equitrac’s Rules-and-Routing feature to designated copiers based on certain criteria, so that only the most efficient devices for that particular job are used.
Access to the photocopiers can be controlled by proximity card, PIN number or username and password authentication.
