UNIFLOW Output Manager is a modular accounting and security control suite for digital MFPs. Originally produced solely for Canon imageRUNNER products, support for other manufacturers has recently been included, namely Xerox, Konica Minolta, Ricoh. Authentication is automatically provided for print via Active Directory integration at the device a choice of PIN, AD Login, Magnetic and Proximity Card, or even Biometric (Fingerprint) is available. uniFLOW comes it two distinct licensing models:
UNIFLOW Standard (Office and Professional)
UNIFLOW Office and Professional is licensed on a per-user basis, with four base products each including one selectable module (additional modules may be purchased):
• Workgroup Edition – For up to 10 users
• Business Edition – For up to 50 users
• Corporate Edition – For up to 150 users
• Enterprise Edition – For unlimited users
UNIFLOW for SMB
UNIFLOW for SMB is licensed on a per device basis, as opposed to the per-user licensing used in the standard product. Each uniFLOW for SMB licence supports the following as standard:
1x Canon imageRUNNER MFD
1x Print server
Up to 500 floating users (Unlimited users with 7+ MFDs)
Statistics module
Secure Printing module
